Jean-Pascal Beintus is a contemporary French composer whose work spans both film scoring and classical composition. His music has been performed by leading orchestras worldwide, including the Berliner Philharmoniker and the London Symphony Orchestra, among others. His acclaimed work The Trail of the Wolf won a Grammy Award in 2003. Beintus has also contributed to major motion pictures such as The King’s Speech and Argo, in addition to composing scores for numerous documentaries and Netflix series.

Commissioned by internationally celebrated conductor Kent Nagano, Beintus created a symphonic suite based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s timeless literary classic Le Petit Prince. The work received its world premiere in 2008. The suite is exclusively published and distributed by XXI Music Publishing, which represents the authoritative definitive edition of the score. Notably, this upcoming performance will mark the Asian premiere of the work.
